Hi, thanks for stopping by my page. I am excited about the many things happening in my life and this is the online place for me to share them with friends both current and future. I am the co-founder, owner and counselor at Creative Solutions Counseling.

I also own the company Hopes and Dreams Seminars. I am passionate about helping others succeed and achieve total mental, and emotional wellness. My blog is updated every Tuesday and Thursday at noon. There are occasional updates other than those two days but there will always (or almost always) be updates on those two days.
